Could you be the full-time Learning and Development Specialist in Alstom India we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and dedicated teammates.

You'll spearhead the deployment of multiple training programs, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and development. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Innovation Champions, Métier Managers, Domain and EDU Leaders, HR Business Partners), manage the technical understanding of job codes/descriptions, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of fostering a strong learning orientation, leveraging AR/VR tools for accelerated learning, and designing programs for competency growth among experts, but also coordinating with stakeholders for effective training deployment.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Organizing briefing sessions and workshops related to Competency and Expertise

  • Ensuring the timely deployment of training plans

  • Applying continuous improvement initiatives for ease of learning assimilation

  • Efficient communication with all stakeholders

  • Leading improvement initiatives for certification programs

  • Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts for training material enhancements

  • Another responsibility

  • Business Master’s degree with a Bachelor's in Engineering

  • Experience or understanding of competency development and training

  • Knowledge of project execution and digital tools for data management

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
