Could you be the full-time Cash Reporting Expert in our dynamic team located in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll plan and execute daily/weekly data collection and reporting of cash movements, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Treasury, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Tax, Site Finance, FP&A), review cash control reports, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of publishing Cash Actuals reporting dashboards, but also work with the Systems and Tools team to automate data extraction for cash movements and upload in the reporting tool.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the integrity of cash-related data between ERP and reporting tools

  • Classifying cash out details through coordination with various stakeholders

  • Collaborating with the FP&A team to reconcile data in reporting tools with ERP systems

  • Driving standardization and process improvements across the countries you manage

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contributing to tools, systems deployment/enhancements, and other automations

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Experience or understanding of P2P - Payments process

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of other MS Office tools

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

  • A continuous improvement mindset
