Could you be the full-time CSP Architect in [Bangalore] we’re looking for?

Your future role

The Cybersecurity platform (CSP) is a hub of centralized security functions and services, running in a virtualized environment, for urban mass transit train transportation systems.

CSP program needs an experienced CSP Architect who can work in the R&D Program, at system level, to lead design of the CSP services and support specification and development of different IT modules.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Work at overall system level and derive the specifications of the CSP services, as per customer needs, in collaboration with IT engineers.
  • Lead the application selection, architecture, design, configuration, interface and integration activities of the IT services in the CSP platform, in collaboration with IT engineers, as per defined roadmap
  • Adapt the CSP modules within the CSP platform to the requirements of project stakeholders (project-specific constraints, local regulations, imposed standards)
  • Document requirement specifications, architecture, design reviews, release notes, etc.
  • Interface with users of IT services on projects to ensure compliance to needs.
  • Experience/Familiarity with CI/CD build process.
  • Support penetration testing campaigns for activities which involve the CSP.
  • Review test and validation procedures for developed modules.
  • Contribute to the training of project stakeholders towards implementation.
  • Provide expert support to projects in case of issues in configuration, build and deployment of relevant modules.
  • Support to tendering activties related to CSP services, on request.

  • Technical Background with 12+ years of experience in solution design and deployment role based on windows/Linux

  • Previous hands-on experience in an IT/OT environment with specification, design, configuration, and implementation of some modules such as
    • Windows (server standard / server core / desktop), hardware for high availability, OS management
    • Linux (RedHat) Setup / Update / Admin / package mgt
    • Active Directory (group policies, domain controllers, GPOs for Hardening / configuring Windows domain, etc.)
    • Patch Management Solutions (WSUS)
    • Backup and Restore solutions
    • Syslog Solutions
    • McAfee ePO (console / AV / Whitelisting)
  • Experience in IT application design, proof of concept testing, integration and deployment.
  • Knowledge to Prepare the design documents along with requirement management
  • Experience in virtualization concepts and technologies (e.g Vmware, HyperV, Citrix, etc)
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell / Python )
  • Experience in Requirement mgt, Configuration mgt, GIT (for internal change mgt)
  • Strong documentation (written) and presentation (verbal) skills. MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (across geographic locations worldwide)
