Purpose of the Job

Responsible for Technical bid preparation for Teleocm sub-systems for Urban/Mainline projects based on the Tender RFP requirements. The position needs to understand customer requirements and Tender context. Participate in the Tender Techincal workshops with customer and work towards getting clarification as per the Tender RFP requirement and prepare competitive offer. including responsibilities of Interacting with various vendors of Telecom sub-system. Working closely with all stakeholders like BM, other SSLs, Interface Manager , Civil contractors. Etc.

• Adhering to technical processes

• Accurate and On Time Reporting

• QCD is as per WP commitment

Job Specifications:

• Techincal bidding preparation including complaince and interface capture for Tenders.

• Participating in technical workshop with customer

• Supervising and supporting Bid Manager

• Interface with OEMs

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Required Experience/Skills

• Minimum 12 to 14 years relevant experience in rail Telecom domain as independent contributor. (5 years in Metro projects with bidding experience)

• Experience in knowledge of various Telecom sub-systems   to meet customer's design , operational and functional requirements.

• Should have experience and knowledge of developing various interfaces of Telecom with other systems like SIG , Rolling stock etc.

• Systems Thinking mindset / acumen.

Competency expected

• Flexible and resilience to work on multiple Tenders at a time depending on requirements.

• Working with Team

• Aptitude to understand customer requirements and translating it to Architecture & Design documents to meet the project deadlines with minimum iterations.
