As a backend developer, you are accountable for complete backend development  & transform(analyze, design, develop, test & release)  business requirements or the use cases  

Responsible to adhere to the set quality & coding standards.

Responsible to follow the SCRUM process, attend all meetings, accountable for timely status updates.

Accountable to provide estimates & on-time delivery of assigned use case.

Be punctual, regular and a team player.

Technical Skills: Understanding of Java, Spring boot & relation database concpets
