Could you be the full-time Anaplan Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Anaplan expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the Anaplan platform meets user adoption requirements, is compliant with Alstom's security standards, and is optimized for performance and storage. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Digital Platforms Team, Innovation Team, and Infrastructure Team, to deliver impactful solutions, track user licenses for compliance, and manage end-to-end project delivery.

You’ll specifically take care of building and developing Anaplan data models and ensuring optimal architecture, but also implement continuous improvement methodologies to stabilize the platform.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Building, maintaining, and delivering the Anaplan roadmap.

  • Ensuring precise estimation and planning for project delivery.

  • Developing sustainable, long-term data architecture and Anaplan models.

  • Reducing incidents and improving platform stability through continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ensuring accuracy of data and deliverables with comprehensive policies and processes.

  • Assessing risks to project delivery and planning for mitigation strategies.

  • Communicating with stakeholders for requirement gathering and feedback on the platform.

  • Collaborating with editors to resolve issues and optimize the platform for long-term usage.


All about you

  • Anaplan certification (minimum Level 1 and 2 certified in Model Building; Level 3 certification is a plus).

  • 3-4 years of experience in Anaplan and other planning tools.

  • Strong understanding of Anaplan model building and best practices.

  • Knowledge of ALM and migration processes, including handling data issues during migration.

  • Experience analyzing data, information, and business processes.

  • Ability to articulate requirements and build sustainable, long-term architecture.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.

  • Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented mindset with leadership abilities.
