Could you be the full-time Analytics Technical Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytics and data integration expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside highly collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Digital Platforms Team, Innovation Team, Application Platform Owners), ensure seamless data integration, and optimize the performance of analytics platforms, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating advanced Power BI dashboards and managing MS Fabric workflows, but also support troubleshooting and data flow optimization.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of analytics initiatives, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business and technical teams.
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced dashboards and data models using Qlik or Power BI Tools.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of datasets, dataflows, and semantic models.
  • Ensure governance, access management, and secure workspace administration in Qlik/Power Bi Admin Services.
  • Integrate analytics products into Teams, SharePoint, and applications/API‑based ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with Functional and Technical Architects to operationalize scalable analytical solutions.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication, reporting progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support adoption and virtualization efforts using Denodo to streamline consistent data access.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience leading analytics projects end‑to‑end, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Overall 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in Qlik or Power BI development.
  • Familaritiy with Python, SQL, and PySpark for automating and transforming data.
  • Ability to design dashboards, manage data pipelines, and integrate reports across business platforms.
  • Understanding of data governance, workspace security, and best practices in analytics delivery.
  • Familiarity with project management life cycle contributing to Analytics Project.
