Could you be the full-time Endpoint Security Analyst Bangalore we’re looking for?

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in endpoint security to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals dedicated to delivering excellence in cybersecurity.

You'll play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our endpoint security infrastructure, ensuring the protection of our systems and data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT, operations, and security teams), respond to security incidents, and implement proactive measures to safeguard our environment.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and maintaining endpoint security tools, but also analyzing and responding to security threats to ensure our systems remain secure and reliable.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Installing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining various endpoint security and antivirus tools.

  • Managing endpoint security teams and monitoring information security technologies and devices.

  • Handling endpoint policy configuration and implementing/upgrading endpoint agents on client machines.

  • Monitoring and analyzing EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) incidents and suspicious activity.

  • Upgrading endpoint security solutions like EDR and traditional antivirus tools based on vendor release notes.

  • Preparing and delivering compliance management and security reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Responding to internal stakeholder questions on security issues and creating knowledge base articles for technical issues.

  • Managing incidents and changes using the ServiceNow tool and analyzing incidents for various technologies.

  • Overall 4+yrs of experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience with EDR solutions such as Microsoft EDR, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, or Tehtris.

  • Proficiency with various endpoint security tools, including Symantec, McAfee, and Microsoft Defender.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL process frameworks and experience with incident and change management.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience in security tools and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, drive action items, and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and concise approach.

  • Proven ability to adapt to change, handle competing priorities, and think strategically.

  • A drive for continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement.
