Could you be the full-time "Analyst - Application Life Cycle" in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in application packaging and deployment in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **collaborative and innovative** teammates.
You'll play a key role in maintaining the application packaging lifecycle across Alstom, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality of critical software. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including technical SPOCs, service owners, and architects, to integrate technology solutions, troubleshoot software issues, and enhance user experiences.
You’ll specifically take care of packaging, staging, and deploying applications using SCCM and Intune, but also contribute to automation efforts through PowerShell scripting and support global processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Packaging, repackaging, and automating software installations for Windows desktop software

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, including file and registry-related problems

Supporting the development and verification of test methods for applications

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports

Collaborating with vendors, IT partners, and stakeholders on application management activities
-
Monitoring SNOW ticket queues and resolving L3-level support tickets
-
Contributing to the development of high-quality support services and knowledge base content

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

4–7 years of experience in IT, with expertise in MSI Packaging, SCCM, Intune, and troubleshooting

Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 11, 10) and MAC OS

Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
-
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation

Experience in cloud-based endpoint management workloads

Strong communication and vendor management skills

Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and global processes

Fluency in English and eagerness to work in an international environment
