You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering and industrial operations by bridging the physical and digital worlds. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrialization, Services, and Signalling), lead the integration of advanced technologies, and contribute to the creation of intelligent, cloud-native digital twins, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the integration of Additive Manufacturing (AM) and Reality Capture technologies across enterprise platforms, but also the design and deployment of AM systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
We’ll look to you for:

Architecting and governing the integration of Additive Manufacturing and Reality Capture technologies

Establishing and maintaining a secure, cloud-based inventory of digital twins and 3D-scanned assets
-
Developing and maintaining domain-level roadmaps, innovation pipelines, and resource plans
-
Driving research and prototyping of emerging technologies in additive manufacturing and digital twins
-
Ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms, IoT frameworks, and cybersecurity protocols
-
Leading end-to-end delivery of AM and Reality Import projects

10+ years of experience in Additive Manufacturing, 3D Scanning, and Digital Twin technologies

Experience in Railways (preferred) or other heavy industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Shipbuilding, or Heavy Machinery
-
Expertise in 3D printing ecosystems, including CAD/CAM software, slicing tools, and printer hardware
-
Knowledge of 3D scanning technologies and reverse engineering workflows
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), IoT integration, and cybersecurity fundamentals
-
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficiency in processing point cloud data, CAD software, and 3D scanning technology
