Could you be the full-time ATC System Designer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your ATC system design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in designing ATC systems, including both trackside and train-borne components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Verification & Validation and Project Deployment), lead ATC design reviews, and ensure adherence to technical processes and project engineering cycles, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing ATC system architecture and related documentation (specifications, interfaces, etc.), but also investigate V&V test failures for corrective actions.
We’ll look to you for:

Designing and documenting ATC systems (specifications, architecture, interfaces, etc.)

Leading ATC Design Reviews
-
Adhering to technical processes and the Project Engineering V cycle
-
Ensuring ATC configuration is prepared and ready for testing
-
Investigating and addressing V&V test failures
-
Contributing to design support for multiple projects

Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication (BE/BTech)

Experience or understanding of rail signalling or automation domains (5+ years)
-
Knowledge of complex real-time systems (e.g., rail signalling, avionics, defence, safety-related systems)

Familiarity with system engineering concepts and signalling systems
-
A strong command of English (both verbal and written communication)
-
Skills in defect analysis and proposing corrective solutions
-
Experience in QCD management and working transversally with engineering teams
-
Basic software development skills and expert-level proficiency in Excel
-
Understanding of rolling stock systems, especially those interfacing with trainborne ATP (e.g., brakes, traction, doors)
