Purpose of the Job – Treasury Analyst APAC in close co-ordination with cluster treasurers provide support on various activities like Bank Guarantees, Forex Risk Management and Cash Management to various countries within the region. Prepare and compile forecast and MIS for the region on various regional Treasury KPI’s.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Scope of job:  

  • Support and occasionally lead end to end bank guarantees issuance process for various countries.
  • Maintain, reconcile outstanding guarantees at periodic internal and validate the charges on monthly basis.
  • Co-ordinate and compile cash flow budget / forecast for the region and analyze the same for Treasury KPI’s
  • Cash Flow planning for APAC Countries
  • Monthly monitoring of budget vs actual cash flow for all the countries.
  • Support the landing exercise and minimize trapped cash for half year and year end.
  • Comply with the internal guidelines on Inter Company Loans & Deposits and ensure that all action related to placement, withdrawal and rollover are taken care in time bound manner.
  • Monitor the quarterly bank account confirmation campaign for the region
  • Compile and monitor the dividend & Internal controls campaign
  • Support the cluster team in Hedge Accounting for Foreign Exchange Exposures within the region.
  • Understanding and mapping the regulatory landscape in each country in the region
  • Adhoc support on APAC treasury matter.

Educational Requirements

Qualified Accountant (CA with minimum 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience)

Bangalore

 

Experience

1-2 years of experience related to issuance of bank guarantees. 

Understanding of Foreign Exchange Risk Management including hedge accounting 

Working experience in medium to large treasury setup is desirable

Effluent in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Good communication skills. 

 

Measurement

Timely delivery of treasury services to the business team and strong support of Treasury controlling and operations.
