Train System Office - RSC Train System Metier • APAC Region Referent
Expatriated in Bengaluru RSC Development Site (India) for 2 years starting from 30th June 2025.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Anand Bhardwaj (India Train System Metier Head in Bengaluru), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll support our engineers and leaders, positively impacting how our trains are designed and operated. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (particularly the engineering, development and project teams), sharing best practices, feedbacks and much more about engineering knowledge and people management.
You’ll specifically take care of systems performances, but also customers satisfaction.
We’ll look to you for:
- Acting as a deputy of the Train System Metier Director and a regional referent for Train System Office team.
- Managing and reporting the regional implementation of Metier processes & tools, standard solutions, knowledge, expertise, network and continuous improvement on RSC products for all tenders, projects and range programs managed by the RSC Sites.
- Providing leadership and technical expertise to the regional Train System Metier teams, making Train System Metier Managers, Domains Leader and Engineers grow within the organization.
- Supporting Metier performances on tenders and projects under the regional Design Authority (TDS & CDS).
- Supporting Americas and Europe Continental RSC Sites sharing Metier Work Packages (SEC Mode).
