Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations of Office 365 services for our global workforce. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (UCC Level 3, Service Desk, Local Support), troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and contribute to service improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of Exchange Online and other Office 365 services, but also ensure high-quality customer service to Alstom end users.
We’ll look to you for:

Coordinating with UCC Level 3, Service Desk, and Local Support for operations and maintenance of Office 365 services.

Providing Level 2 support for Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues while identifying root causes and preventative actions.

Maintaining high-quality customer service to end users and collaborating with them to understand and resolve issues.

Driving efficiency through service improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and service requests.

Providing technical knowledge sessions to Service Desk and Local Support teams.

Graduated B.E or B-Tech.

4-6 years of experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise services.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Licensing, Exchange Online, and related services.

Good knowledge of Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and PowerShell scripting.

Understanding of email archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, Retention Policies, and Litigation Hold.

Familiarity with Office 365 Admin Center and troubleshooting tools.

Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in shifts.
