Could you be the full-time Unified Communications Level 2 Engineer in our IT department we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your robust Unified Communications expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of Office365 services to our global workforce. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the UCC Level 3 Team, Microsoft, Service Desk, etc.), managing end-to-end service delivery and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of PSTN conferencing, VOIP Telephony, Unified Communication, Teams Calling, and Voice and Video systems, but also contribute to the management of other Office 365 Services.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with various support teams to provide top-notch Unified Communications services

  • Administering Microsoft Teams and enterprise voice solutions

  • Configuring and managing telephony gateways and protocols

  • Troubleshooting and maintaining call quality and system performance

  • Participating in incident management and contributing to ITIL processes

  • Driving innovation and efficiency in our Unified Communications infrastructure


All about you

  • 4-6 years of experience in Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and architecture

  • Understanding of VOIP, SIP, RTP/RTCP, SRTP, and related protocols

  • Adept at managing IP Telephony and troubleshooting network-related issues

  • A Microsoft Office 365 certification is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing system
