Could you be the full-time AI Governance Manager in Bangalore, India, we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your governance and compliance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework for artificial intelligence (AI) within the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Data Science, AI Platforms, Legal, and Compliance), facilitate demand management governance, and drive compliance awareness through training and engagement programs, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing the AI Management System and registry, but also ensure adherence to AI regulations and standards at local, national, and international levels.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring compliance with AI regulations, standards, and best practices across all levels.Regularly reviewing and updating compliance frameworks in line with evolving AI legislation and guidelines.Owning and overseeing the implementation of the AI Management System (AIMS) to govern AI projects and initiatives.Developing and maintaining documentation, policies, and procedures related to AIMS.Managing the AI registry to catalog AI projects, including risk assessments and compliance status.Conducting regular audits of the AI registry to ensure accuracy and completeness.Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on AI governance policies and ethical considerations.Participating in demand management governance to evaluate and prioritize AI project requests based on compliance and organizational objectives.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,

Over all 8 to 10yrs Data Science, AI, or a related field.Experience in project management and leading AI initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying AI-related regulations, standards, and best practices such as GDPR, IEEE standards, or other relevant frameworks.

Strong analytical skills and ability to approach complex problems methodically.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Background in audits, project management, or quality assurance related to technology implementations, particularly within the AI space.Professional certifications in AI, audit, compliance, or data analytics (desirable).

Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation through technology (desirable).
