Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your AI expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions at Alstom. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, product management, and operations), contribute to strategic technical projects, and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting the AI Architect to define and execute the roadmap for AI-driven products and internal tooling to improve integration development, monitoring, and automation, ensure AI models and systems are deployed with scalability, performance, and security in mind. ) , review AI solutions design, conduct technology scouting for best practices, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading and contributing to critical AI and technical projects
- Mastering Azure AI infrastructure (e.g., AKS/ACI, Key Vault, VNet/Private Link, etc)
- Conducting code reviews and improving existing projects
- Collaborating to foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical/secure rigor
- Supporting the AI Architect in defining and executing AI roadmaps
- Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of AI models and systems
- Aligning AI-driven initiatives with broader company and customer goals
All about you

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong track record of leading teams building AI-powered products, ML platforms, or data-intensive applications
- Strong knowledge of Azure main component , especially on Azure AI infrastructure, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services
- Familiarity with technologies and frameworks such as Python, Azure, and ML/AI libraries (experience with Dataiku is a plus)
- Product-minded engineering leader who can balance research and experimentation with delivering high-impact features
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align AI initiatives with broader company and customer objectives
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
