Could you be the full-time onsite GSI Key User in Baltimore, MD, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your detailed-oriented and process-driven expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead critical data cleansing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency that directly contribute to the optimization of our Supply Chain & Planning processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory Management), communicate on changes to keep all stakeholders informed, perform end-users and newcomers training on processes, business rules and tools, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Driving the execution of data quality initiatives,

  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of data cleansing activities,

  • Ensuring accurate communication of process changes to relevant stakeholders,

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training to end-users and newcomers,

  • Championing the importance of high-quality data to support business decisions


All about you

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.,

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and tools (Maximo and SAP are a plus)., 

  • Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing environment.,

  • Capacity to train end-users and newcomers with patience and clarity.,

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey changes and training.,

  • Resilience in facing challenges and finding innovative solutions.,

  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
