You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth procurement of goods and services that are critical to our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., engineering, supply chain, and project management), negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
You’ll specifically take care of supplier selection and contract management, but also contribute to cost optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specific supplier panel relationship including negotiation and specific agreements and performances
- Active participation to commodity strategy and panel elaboration
- Support of Commodity Manager in tender phase
- Represent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutions.
- Preparation and launch of Request For Quotation with suppliers using the standard tool
- Monitor sourcing project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development)
- Apply a detailed knowledge of SAP to manage and record the sourcing activities

- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
