We are currently seeking experienced Supply Chain Assistant to start in permanent position at our Ballarat facility. Your role will be responsible to ensure that products and materials get from point A to point B in the supply chain.


Position Overview:

  • Undertake daily material movement activities including goods receipt, transfers and returns.
  • Ensure that all inventory movements are accurately accounted for, entered into and reflected in real time.
  • Update all quotes, confirmations, approvals, note attachments and expected deliver dates into the Inventory Mangement System (IMS).
  • Monitor incoming orders to ensure materials and equipment are being delivered, and services completed in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile all supply chain products to be supplied.
  • Perform stock checks in warehouse.
  • Check and examine quality of materials before arranging dispatches through supply chains.
  • Ensure supply materials are on time to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to supply of products


To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate


  • Experience in a material handling role.
  • Maintain compliance and system data integrity.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Be a higly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of an expanding team.
  • Have strong and effective communication skills to relate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be goal driven, determined and able to meet project timelines.
