We are currently searching for enthusiastic and driven Qualtiy Engineer to support the Rollingstock Project. The purpose of this role is to ensure the compliance of the product/installation with its requirements contributes to continuous improvement of level of quality to be achieved.


Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Analyse the non-conformance, perform root cause analysis and prescribe corrective and preventive action.
  • Deployment of quality standards related to Alstom Production System (APS).
  • Participate in the daily animation of the auto quality approach.
  • Pilot actions contributing to improving the quality seen by the customer and internal qualty standards.
  • Support production for the implementation of actions contributing to the improvement of demerit psotion
  • Reduction of non-quality and effectivement from auto control.
  • Establish and implement monitoring activities.
  • Manage quality register, records and update regularly.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience required includes:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Understanding of Total Quality Mangement (TQM).
  • Knowledge of calibration, measurement tools, terminology and scales.
  • Strong analysis capability for identifying system issues.
  • Team orientated with the ability to work independantly.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
