Lead ALM key users network
Monitor effective usage of ALM tools

ALM deployment:
o Train site key user
o Support key user on demand

ALM support:
o Manage training documentation
o Manage support documentation (methodologies, best practices, wiki)
o Lead key users network
o Follow-up incidents
o Lead acceptance and regression testing of solved tickets

ALM solution enhancement :
o Manage change requests: specifications, test plans, test reports
o Interact with IS&T during change process
o Prototype and develop new features
o Transfer knowledge to key users regarding new or modified functionalities

ALM performance follow-up:
o Measure solution deployment level
o Coordinate end users account regular review in relationship with key users
o Provide inputs for transverse processes update
o Provide savings figure to update continuously business case



experience, qualifications, skills)



  • Graduated from engineering school
  • Experience of software development process
  • Experience of project management tools (scheduling, load)
  • IBM RTC, DNG, RQM tools knowledge
  • Scripting tools knowledge (ex: shell,python)
  • Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, verification and validation processes



  • GitLab tool knowledge as administrator and developer
  • Jenkins tool knowledge
