  • Develop scalable training programs tailored to diverse technical audiences and evolving industry needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training with maintenance and operations

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical training or rail systems, aligned with Ag-08 grade
  • Proficiency in rail maintenance systems, digital training platforms, and instructional design
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
