Could you be the full-time onsite EHS Manager in Atlanta, GA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive EHS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the utmost compliance with EHS rules on the site for both Alstom employees and Alstom contractors during the critical testing & commissioning phases on equipment and trains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (permit offices, supervisors, and the prime contractor), monitor and enforce safety protocols, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Establishing and enforcing EHS policies and procedures on construction sites,

Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure safety,

Collaborating with permit offices to secure necessary authorizations,
-
Investigating incidents, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions,
-
Engaging with the prime contractor to align EHS objectives and practices

Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,

Experience or understanding of EHS regulations and compliance in a construction or industrial environment.,

Knowledge of risk assessment and control strategies for worksites.,

Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting procedures.
