Could you be the Work Package Coordinator we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical, financial, and coordination skills in a complex infrastructure project. You’ll work closely and daily with the Finance Project Manager, supporting financial steering and performance monitoring of Athens Metro Line 4.
Your future role
As a Work Package Coordinator, you will work supporting the financial control:
- Analyzing all data collected from each operational unit
- Preparing forecasts in line with company financial rules and project requirements
- Following up on the performance of assigned work packages
- Updating all project work packages on a monthly basis
- Preparing monthly reporting files and presentations
- Participating in meetings with all relevant units, gathering and coordinating the necessary information within your scope
- Traveling occasionally to meet project needs
- Providing all required information to other functions (e.g., Quality, Accounting)
- Supplying the project team with all necessary financial data and related analysis
- Supporting the financial follow‑up of work packages (actuals, commitments, accruals)
- Preparing cost‑to‑complete and estimate‑at‑completion analyses
- Producing Excel‑based trackers, analyses, and dashboards
- Contributing to cash and working capital monitoring
- Acting as the interface between Finance and Work Package Managers
- Supporting the identification and follow‑up of risks and opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with Alstom rules, processes, and internal controls
We’ll look to you for:
All about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics is an asset but not required
- Initial experience in finance, project control, or cost control
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Good written and spoken English
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
