Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful introduction, reliability growth, and warranty closure of our rolling stock fleet while maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, maintenance, and project delivery teams), manage warranty-related activities, and oversee reliability growth initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring fleet reliability and ensuring compliance with warranty obligations, but also lead root cause analyses for technical incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading all warranty-related activities for the rolling stock fleet during the contractual warranty period
- Ensuring compliance with warranty obligations, contractual commitments, and performance requirements
- Managing warranty claims, technical investigations, and resolution processes
- Monitoring warranty costs and implementing actions to reduce recurring failures and associated expenditure
- Driving reliability growth with the customer and internal teams to achieve contractual reliability targets
- Coordinating supplier warranty recoveries and ensuring timely closure of claims
- Conducting root cause analyses for significant technical incidents and recurring defects
- Collaborating with engineering teams to implement design modifications and product improvements
- Preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management and customer representatives
- Supporting the hand-over from project delivery teams into operational service
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Experience or understanding of product introduction, maintenance, or project engineering within an industrial environment (7–10+ years)
- Managing a team (1–3 years)
- Knowledge of project execution (technical/industrial), quality, and EHS standards
- Familiarity with railway systems, safety requirements, and quality assurance processes (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Greek is highly preferred
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent coordination skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and keen attention to detail
