Could you be the full-time Material Planner  we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

  •  Follow up deliveries - Communication with suppliers.
  • Manage Purchase Requisitions and orders  
  • OTIF (on time in full) monthly kpi calculation
  • Collection and storage of  equipment Manuals/ Msds
  • Update and finalize purchase orders according to actual equipment deliveries
  • Collaborate with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate Supplier performance and define appropriate action plans
  • PMFU-Parts Maturity Follow up monthly kpi calculation
  • Manage and close purchase orders containing subcontracting
  • Commitments extract for calculating Hard Inventory

  

You should be a proficient SAP user and Greek speaker.

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain roles;
  • Foreign Language: English
  • Proficient SAP user
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in multiple functions across the business
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills

 

 Position based in Athens
