Your role, your impact

• Sourcing top talent for BC and WC positions;
• Contributing to recruitment strategy development;
• Coordinating work with partners, specifically universities and colleges;
• Participating in and leading HR projects.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across all business — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

• Excellent communication skills;
• An array of appraisal technics;
• Time-management skills;
• Data accuracy, competent with excel, data analysis;
• Spoken English and Kazakh.
