Could you be the full-time Supplier delivery performance specialist in EKZ, Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our SDP manager Dias Tulebayev at EKZ, and work alongside passionate teammates.

You'll conduct audits of our suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (like Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality etc.), perform research and analytical tasks and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of assesing suppliers' production capacity, but also contribute to assessing and managing supply chain risks.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Drive Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA) and Capacity Assessment (CA) when required
  • Drive Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA) when required
  • Contribute to Supplier delivery risks assessments and follow up mitigation plan when involved
  • Animate Supplier Delivery Performance with Material Planning Team
  • Perform on targeted Suppliers root causes analysis to understand non-performance
  • If required, drive Capacity and/or Supply Chain Capability assessments
  • Implement and follow up recovery actions if any
  • Define and follow up action plan to improve Supplier Delivery performance
  • Ensure Action Plan report and update for Top Worst Suppliers

 

All about you

  • a degree in Business Administration, Engineering OR Supply Chain
  • experience performing audits
  • fluent English
  • strong analytical skills
  • understanding of overall Supply Chain processes, including industrial scheduling and transportation
  • excellent Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, power query etc.)
  • Business trips to suppliers' sites are required.
