Could you be the full-time Supplier Delivery Performance Manager in Astana we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and supplier management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless supplier delivery performance and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, production, and planning), assess supplier risks, and lead performance improvement initiatives—and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing delivery crises, but also evaluating supplier capacity and supply chain capability on both an ad-hoc and regular basis.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Animating Supplier Delivery Performance

  • Contributing to supplier delivery risks assessment & management

  • Managing delivery crises effectively

  • Evaluating ad-hoc and regular supplier capacity

  • Assessing ad-hoc and regular supplier supply chain capability

  • Leading supplier delivery performance improvement plans

  • Ensuring SDPM skills development through training and coaching

  • Higher Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with Lean Management projects, production, or industrialization

  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP

  • Fluent English proficiency

  • Proactive, agile, and analytical thinking

  • Team-leading skills
