Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Service Procurement Director Galiya Aimisheva, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.

You'll support work package process for the Service project material needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.), contribute to budget optimization and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining and establishing sourcing strategy, but also ensure the strategy is shared and applied by all colleagues.

We’ll look to you for:

Procurement Performance 

  • Define and implement the Project Procurement Strategy in full respect of Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments
  • Coordinate, consolidate and secure Procurement activities, performance & efficiency during the project execution
  • Master the Material Work Package: costs, risks and ambition
  • Apply & support Alstom Procurement Golden rules, process & tools
  • Bring Procurement expertise and drive continuous improvement with local buyer team through APSYS Procurement

 

Strategy Implementation

  • Define and establish Project Procurement Strategy with the Procurement Director & Cluster Procurement Director until completion
  • Ensure Project Procurement Strategy is shared, understood and applied by all stakeholders
  • In collaboration with Procurement Manager, build and publish requirements to be applied for the project (i.e. Purchase Agreement, Request for Quotation (RFQ) letter, Request for Information (RFI) letter etc.), ensure good use and application by stakeholders (at Business Awards, contract validation, derogation validation)

 

Operational excellence

  • Manage buyers working on the project for a proper contribution to the project QCD (functional report)
  • Robust scheduling of procurement activities
  • Manage potential risks and develop alternative solutions
  • Have a great vision of the Suppliers' progress, stakes and difficulties
  • Orchestrate Contract creation and contract execution activities
  • According to Claim process RACI, contribute to ensure Alstom´s rights via offensive claims; and protect Alstom´s rights against defensive claims

 

Work Package Management: Financial excellence

  • Build the respective Sub-Systems Estimate at Completion and the project consolidation all Work Package (WP), and is accountable for the overall Project Procurement Saving Assessment Project Register (SAPR) & Risk Assessment Project Register (RAPR) including claim to suppliers
  • Co-Validates with Sub-System Manager each gap vs Financial Project Review n° 0 (FPR0) (deviation sheet & bridge approval process)
  • Strong control of the budget
  • Implementation of price escalation formula (Global & Local Suppliers) on the TOP spend
