Could you be the full-time Repair Specialist in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our Material Planning Leader Assem Yessengaliyeva, and work alongside a tight group of hard-working teammates.

You'll ensure smooth operation of the service operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance etc.), coordinate repairs and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of missing parts, but also work on preventing those.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing broken parts at all locations (LRD Astana, Arys, Technical Survey Point, EKZ, Repair Center, Chinese Loco, Bogie Center);
  • Create PRs and POs for repairs and follow-up execution;
  • Calculate repairs KPI (OTIF);
  • Full control over all repairs operations (internal and external) from sending to receiving broken parts to payment and financial closure;
  • Planning repairs;
  • Coordinate suppliers;
  • Uphold contract terms and conditions;
  • Maintain clean paperwork and timely reporting, including SAP MM operations;
