Could you be the full-time Project Coordinator in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your commercial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our RS Project Director Adrian Geekie, and work alongside hard-working and friendly teammates.

You'll work on contract management with internal suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance etc.), and support internal paperwork. You’ll specifically take care of PR and PO creation, but also negotiate any contractual issues that might arise.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Preparing and executing contracts with participating units (PUs) for RS and Service projects
  • Support in letter preparation
  • Correspondence register maintaining
  • Legal Assistance with Force-Major and other special topics
  • RS Project Procedures support
  • RS Project Audits follow up

 

All about you

  • Degree in Legal, Contract Management or Project Contract 
  • Legal or para-legal background is a plus
  • Contract management, supplier management or claim management experience;
  • Fluent Communication in English and Kazakh
  • Agile and result-oriented
