Could you be the full-time Operational Support Manager in Astana (Service Project) we’re looking for?
Strategy
- Ensure deployment of Industrial strategy & processes of the Project
- Propose and supervise deployment of Supply Chain strategy & processes of the Project
- Supervise deployment of Sourcing strategy & process
- Develop a coherent and efficient make or buy analysis to improve the projects QCD
- Prepare the CAPEX request & manage the investment program
- Issue the industrial Management plan
Operations & standards
- Deliver projects according to QCD, Contract and Safety commitments as specified at contract signature & related signed Variation Orders
- Ensure Maintenance Engineering is properly applied starting from ISR
- Configuration and Change Management: CCB attendance and decision-making power for change execution
- Ensure Industrialization is properly executed with respect to Alstom industrial standards, methods and tools
- Support maintenance execution
- Ensure regular project team meeting, follow-up of open items, arbitration and decision-making power for result optimization
- Ensure that requirements in terms of Safety, EHS, special processes, Quality, etc. are properly identified and applied within the industrial processes, standards and documentations throughout depots
- DFQ process: support Gate Review preparation
- Ensure data Industrialization for Maintenance Management System are aligned with industrial efficiency and performance operational requirements
- Ensure the overall capacity is defined and managed
- Implement & monitor sourcing & supply chain strategy and standards
- Support Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders and claims with customer
Performance & Efficiency
- Set up industrial targets and manage performance improvement & efficiency plans
- Industrial KPI dashboard: ensure reporting (daily, monthly, ...) are define & roll out the local action plan, ensure implementation on the field
- Make sure to apply the right footprint & make or buy solution, based on Industrial recommendation
- Ensure that the project operational support function workload needs are well forecasted and anticipated by the Team
- Support Customer Director in getting customer acceptance of the project
Continuous improvement
- Contribute to continuous improvement program in the depots
- Be active member in the Continuous Improvement and Return Of Experience networks
Management
- Animate the Operational support team (engineering, industrialization, sourcing, supply chain)
- Develop Operational support population skills to fulfill project Operational support requirements
- Deliver the Operational support QCD budget
- Align the operational project team with contractual requirements and deliver QCDP commitments of the project
- Coordinate ALSTOM Participating Units
- Animate Project Reviews (WPR, MPR, QPR, CPR/RPR/LPR & DFQ) as per Alstom internal instructions
- Support Risks, Savings and Opportunities reviews
Key Performance Indicators
- Operational Standard KPI’s (Work Order Closure, Productive hours, Efficiency (spend time versus allocated time), define by Central team
- Other Operational KPI’s as defined by the project
- APSYS roadmaps score
- IFR improvement
- Industrial Budget – Capex anticipation and execution
