Could you be the full-time Operations Planner in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Services Operation Manager Almas Orazkhanov, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.
You'll guarantee full coverage for production needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.), contribute to budget optimization and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of say/do analysis, but also support colleagues with forecasting.
We’ll look to you for:
- Condusting say/do analysis for all sites and cosolidating data from insutrial planners;
- Forecasting workload, material coverage, site readines;
- Analize workload saturation for preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Bringing attention to critical discrepancies, propose mitigation measures;
- Reporting to local and regional management;

- Strong communication skills in English, Russian and Kazakh.
