Could you be the full-time NCR Leader in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and negotioation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Supply Chain Director, and work alongside smart, responsible, hardworking teammates. You'll negotiate procurement for missing parts. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.), monitor take care of non-conformities and much more.

You’ll specifically take care setting up processes with the Quality team, but also leading the NCR process.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Negotiating urgent procurement of missing parts;
  • Monitoring Master Data accuracy in SAP;
  • Checking shipment paperwork;
  • To set up process of NCR with Quality team; 
  • To set up process of sending and receiving NCR replacement within scheduled period;
  • Monitoring the achievement of KPI goals for blocked materials;
  • Establishing processes and automating workflows within the scope of NCR;
  • Working with large volumes of data;
  • Analyzing plan-fact data and completing other reporting forms;
  • Participate in audits, APSYS
  • Create NCR PO and lead the process till the end.

  • Technical, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics educational background;
  • Strong communication and data management skills; 
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP;

Reporting Line:

  • Directly to Supply Chain Director
  • Functionally to Quality Director
