Could you be the full-time Material Scheduler in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Lead Material Scheduler Aida Ishanngaliyeva, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates. You'll guarantee precise forecast of material needs for production. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, Engineering etc.), contribute to budget optimization and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of calculating min/max for materials within scope, but also monitoring actual versus plan.
We’ll look to you for:
- Define and execute the Services Material planning and Inventory strategy according to customer needs and internal constraints and in coordination with Industrialization and Operations departments
- Guarantee material availability through appropriate needs scheduling and follow-up
- Improve Services performance in term of material availability and inventory management
- Define the order-reorder strategy to optimize the inventory coverage reducing the stock-out occurrences
- Set parts categories (based on ABC, variability, business type...etc) for defining planning strategy and line replenishment
- Provide to sourcing department the forecast of the material needs and the list of priorities in terms of source of supplying to be contractualized
- Define and implement action plans and improvements in the planning process
- Support Planning and Forecasts planning strategy defined by Global Planning
- Define and set-up MRP parameters to implement material planning strategies and ensure the data accuracy on SAP
- Improve of the specific tools used for planning, based on the historical data and according to the customer plan
- Analyze Inventory content for correcting planning strategies.
- Support finance for inventory depreciation calculation
- Implement and manage improvement plan in regard of Inventory reduction
- Measure performance in Supply Chain processes and create reports for analysis

- Experience with an ERP system (SAP, JDE, 1C, Axapta or other)
- Intermediate English
- Expert MS Excel proficiency
- Power BI and Power Query proficiency is desired
- Good communication and data management skills
