More than a job: a mission

We’re looking for a Material Planner to supply the production line that builds the future of mobility in Central Asia. This is high‑stakes supply chain: securing critical inventory, not just PO creation. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

  • Communicating delivery plans and purchase orders to suppliers and following up on their confirmations

  • Ensuring and updating the accuracy of material planning master data in compliance with stock and logistic constraints

  • Creating and updating Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and their respective Source List and Quota Management

  • Analyzing supplier confirmations versus Alstom needs and evaluating risks/impacts on production/projects

  • Identifying priorities, setting up recovery actions, and organizing regular reviews with suppliers to monitor delivery performance

  • Managing MRP exception messages and anticipating supply problems

  • Resolving Goods Receipts issues and following up on non-conformities with Procurement Officers

  • Communicating OTIF (On-Time In-Full) results with suppliers and driving improvement

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across procurement, quality, and logistics — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Upper-intermediate English or higher

  • Excel skills/SAP systems knowledge

  • Knowledge of the conditions and requirements specified in Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)

  • Work experience in Supply Chain

How success is measured

  • KPIs:
  • Relevance of technical recommendations.
  • Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork.

  • Competitive Salary
  • Annual bonus
  • Medical insurance for the employee and up to two family members (after successful completion of the probation period)

  • Corporate discount to 1Fit
  • Life insurance (after successful completion of the probation period)
  • Corporate shuttlebus
  • Empatia subscription (wellness platform with psychologists, life and business coaches, fitness trainers, pet psychologists and others)
  • Alstom University with Career Path
  • International mobility
  • We provide everything required for work, including laptops, PPEs and uniform

Here, progress isn’t always easy — the scale is massive, the tasks are complex — but the impact is real. Because when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects — that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
