Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Astana we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business and external/internal suppliers. You'll specifically take care of coordinating work with suppliers and managing the supply of inventory (goods) in accordance with contractual obligations 

We'll look you for:

  • Control, management and coordination of internal/external suppliers
  • Control over the timely delivery of goods and timely identification of the needs for the supplied goods 
  • Control, monitoring and management of supplier capacities, taking appropriate measures with the Project Team and by the Procurement team to eliminate the risks of non-supply 
  • Works with material schedulers and sets priorities for procurement activities.
  • Monitors the fulfillment by suppliers of contractual obligations, the quantity and quality of incoming materials and other types of material resources, their comprehensive use, the correctness of the submission of invoices and other settlement documents of suppliers and the timely transfer of these documents for payment. Interacts with the financial unit to ensure timely and correct payment of suppliers.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Upper-intermediate English or higher

  • Excell skills/SAP systems knowledge

  • Knowledge of the conditions and requirements specified in Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)

  • Work experience in Supply Chain
