Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.
You'll ensure material stock is always available to support seamless operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, Engineering, etc.), contribute to procurement and supply chain projects, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of liaising with internal Alstom suppliers, but also monitoring and maintaining Supply Chain KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
We’ll look to you for:

Delivery of needs from the suppliers using dedicated tools

Follow-up on deliveries to ensure the availability of goods for EKZ Service

Monitoring supplier performance KPIs
-
Participating in and/or leading supplier performance improvement initiatives

Managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
-
Resolving goods receipt issues and ensuring non-conformity replacements

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience or understanding of procurement and supply chain processes

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and inventory management tools

Familiarity with supplier relationship management and performance monitoring

A certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CIPS) is a plus
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
