Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Material Planning Leader Assem Yessengaliyeva, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.
You'll guarantee material stock is always available. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, Engineering etc.), contribute to procurement and supply chain projects and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of liaising with internal Alstom suppliers, but also monitoring maintaining Supply Chain KPIs.
We’ll look to you for:
- Material planning for production needs;
- Providing optimum stock level, avoiding missing parts and overstocks;
- Negotiating with local and foreign suppliers;
- Monitoring Master Data accuracy in SAP;
- Working with shipment documents and other paperwork;
- Maintaining high Supply Chain KPIs (OTIF, Missing Parts etc.)

- Analytical skills;
- Expert MS Excel proficiency;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience with SAP ERP system;
- Intermediate or better English;
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Data Science.
