Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our Material Planning Manager Zibagul Altybayeva, and work alongside a tight group of hard-working teammates.

You'll ensure smooth operation of the production. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance etc.), coordinate suppliers and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of missing parts, but also work on preventing those.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Create and maintain material planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and respective Source List and Quota Management
  • Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistical constraints)
  • Coordinate documentation flow with Suppliers and ensure reliable Supplier performance
  • Anticipate risks and implement mitigation actions, recovery plans etc. engaging all relevant parties within and outside of Alstom.

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management;
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes;
  • Fluent English;

  • Excel proficiency.
