We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer of Fitting to help transform manufacturing processes that support the next generation of sustainable transportation. This is more than an engineering role. You'll work alongside dedicated professionals who bring expertise, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset to everything they do.
Your role, your impact
• Define and validate detailed manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain industrial documentation and work instructions.
• Define industrial master data and manufacturing standard times.
• Support the industrialization of product and process changes.
• Identify critical points within manufacturing processes and implement improvements.
• Analyze production needs and monitor workshop productivity.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Design and improve workstation layouts, considering ergonomics, safety, and movement optimization (Spaghetti Diagram).
• Take timely action to resolve technical challenges arising during production.
You'll collaborate with manufacturing, industrial, quality, and production teams to improve efficiency, solve complex operational challenges, and support the delivery of world-class mobility solutions.
What you bring
• English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong sense of responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of critical process identification and process control.
• Ability to create, revise, and improve work instructions and industrial documentation.
• Knowledge of production needs analysis and workshop productivity management.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of workplace layout development, ergonomics, and safety requirements.
• Ability to respond effectively to technical issues in a production environment.
