Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineer in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Engineering Manager Abzal Baikenov, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.

You'll own the design change process for locomotives and support maintenance operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, Quality etc.), contribute to budget optimization and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and updating tehcnical documentation and maintenance instructions and manuals, but also directly interface with Operations and the equipment.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Owns the Configuration and Design Change Management of the Project, maintain technical documentation.
  • Manages the technical performances of the systems and provide Rex to relevant Services Platform.
  • Supports cost reduction actions, certification.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, support Safety Management
  • Analyze compliance with local standards and regulation
  • Development of LCC model by sub-system and reporting
  • Calculates material, parts and time consumption.

 

 

All about you

  • University degree in Railway Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation Engineering or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Data Science,
  • 1-3 years of experience in System/Application engineering
  • Knowledge of rolling stock maintenance
  • Proficiency with CAD systems, also preferrably proficiency with SAP, Power BI, MS Lists, MS Office
