Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your transportation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Arailym Urustimova (Material Planning Leader in Astana), and work alongside passionate and inventinve teammates.

You'll ensure on-time deliveries of components for the service operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, etc), monintor transportation companies' KPIs and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating shipping companies, but also engage in analyzing packaging solutions..

 

We’ll look to you for:

- Coordinate international transportation companies and follow up the workflow of invoices for payment from transport companies up to payment.

- Apply solutions to protect parts during all logistic operations (transport, unloading, storage, line feeding, …).

- Save money & cash (calculate Return On Investment (ROI), design standard packaging, reduce transport costs, …) and make business case to justify any investment (returnable packaging, …).

- Design packaging solutions (define flow, calculate batch size, optimize packaging costs, calculate ROI and logistic loop, realize business case returnable vs lost packaging, …).

- Participate to ABC classification and contribute to C-Class (small parts) activity according to the standard rules in place.

  • Degree in Supply Chain or logistics;
  • Understanding of shipping documentation;
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS;
  • Strong communication skills;
