Main responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and help to organize the Shipping and deliveries from supply sources (Alstom production sites, Alstom Cross Docking Warehouse, or external Suppliers) towards the EKZ site.
  • Work in synergy with Alstom Custom EKZ expert and 3PL in order to ensure Custom compliance.
  • Help to organize the relevant transportation means according to delivery dates.
  • Check and ensure compliance with international regulations and that of Kazakhstan.
  • Monitor supplier commitment, deliveries and follow supplier OTIF performance at the platform.
  • Communicate Alstom Supply chain Golden rules and escalate when Sites/Suppliers are not respecting them.
  • Ensure the process with the 3PL managing international transportation is defined and respected, Monitor the 3PL performance.
  • Proactively escalate if no compliance with any 3PL`s Parties.
  • You are in charge of checking the conformity of the Customs documents from 3PL before the transfer of the file to the Customs department.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery schedules and follow traceability.
  • Ensure the 3PL`s compliance with the EKZ working procedures, regulations and EHS Rules.
  • Control the compliance the 3PL`s fleet of vehicles and handling equipment.
  • Maintain permanent liaison with the various partners to ensure the smooth running of the activity and to the satisfaction of users.
  • Checks the conformity of the accepted values with the accompanying documents.
  • Moves material assets to storage places manually or with the help of stackers and other mechanisms with their layout (sorting) by type, quality, purpose and other characteristics.
  • Supervises the loading, unloading of goods and placing them inside the warehouse.
  • Monitors the state of safety and takes measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings, violations of the rules of industrial sanitation, non-compliance by workers with instructions on labor protection.
  • Fulfills individual official assignments of his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Coordination of the terms of readiness of ordered services, adjustment of contractual terms and obligations for the needs of EKZ with the service provider.
  • Carries out well-coordinated and coordinated work with service providers.
  • Coordination and control of timely and high-quality delivery of spare parts to the service provider.
  • Preparation of the act of release and acceptance for both the customs inspector and the service provider.
  • Ensures compliance with the rules for registration and submission of receipts and expenditures, preparation of established reporting.
  • Performs certain official assignments of his manager.
  • Provides training and adaptation of new employees.
  • Provides management with the necessary reporting.
  • Provides management with suggestions for optimizing processes and costs.
  • Update tracker of missing parts.
  • Planning the shipment of parts for machining to a subcontractor.
  • Coordination with warehouse representatives.
  • Accounting, verification of invoices for compliance with the declared tender prices and their acceptance into the system and their transfer to the accounting department.
  • Conducts work within the framework of the Performance management cycle process – setting goals, reporting on performance, evaluating and developing their competencies.
  • Complies with and promotes the Alstom Code of Business Ethics, complies with the standards of business ethics.
  • Observe the Rules of internal labor regulations, the rules of business ethics, respectfully and politely address other employees and third parties. Any use of obscene expressions, unethical rude remarks and insults are a violation of labor discipline.


Requirements:

  • High education
  • 1 year experience in logistics or supply chain
  • English proficiency - is preferable
  • Excel advanced skills
