Material Planning Leader in Astana

More than a job: a mission

We’re looking for a Material planning Leader to ensure seamless production and on-time delivery. This is Supply Chain on steroids: safeguarding critical supplies. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

• Lead a dedicated team of Material Planners and support their KPIs (critical suppliers, missing parts, coverage, MRP, overstock, OTIF)
• Lead the procurement center meeting (review of daily KPIs, critical supplier, action plan, OTIF)
• Develop the competencies of the MP pillar
• Monitor awareness and compliance with processes (golden rules, handbook, instructions, P2P process) to be shared
• Analysis: root cause & action plan (analysis to do on missing parts, bad OTIF) KPI management (missing parts, OTIF, coverage, MPS communication status, overstock, MRP messages)

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering.

• English proficiency since all our supplies come from abroad

• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, 1C or other)

• Advanced analytical skills, including analytical approach, Excel, Power Query, Power BI proficiency.

• Excellent communication, stress management and time management skills

How success is measured

• KPIs: missing parts, OTIF, coverage, MPS communication status, overstock, MRP messages
• For 26-27 fiscal year, improve with SDPM and Procurement the suppliers animation: OTIF, penalization, panel review
