Could you be the full-time Industrial Overhaul Engineer in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful industrialization of projects, contributing to the safety, efficiency, and quality of production processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, production, and quality assurance teams), analyze necessary equipment and tools, and develop technical documentation to support production, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating queries, writing technical specifications, and developing routes/task lists in systems, but also support production teams to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) goals.
We’ll look to you for:

Analyzing equipment, tools, and materials needed for industrialization projects

Developing technical documentation with a focus on safety and ergonomics

Creating routes/task lists and material lists in systems
-
Carrying out inspections during industrialization or after engineering changes
-
Calculating and analyzing time norms for operations
-
Industrializing modifications after engineering changes, including updating routes, documentation, tools, and equipment
-
Resolving technical production issues in a timely manner
-
Analyzing defects and implementing preventive measures

Developing repair techniques for existing production defects
-
Supporting production to achieve SQCD goals
-
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Developing training programs and training production operators
-
Applying industrial experience to enhance production processes

Higher technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering, welding, or related fields)

Experience as an engineer in manufacturing/service activities for at least 1 year, preferably in the railway industry

Technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and preparation of production work instructions

Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) for creating materials and routes
-
Practical knowledge of quality, EHS design, and ergonomics
-
Proficiency in MS applications and CAD drawing
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
