Could you be the full-time Industrial Data Coordinator in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to  Nurlan Yessimkulov (Site PME Director), and work alongside intelligent and diligent teammates.

You'll coordinate a team of 2 data engineers and ensure all the data in Information systems is up-to-date. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality).

You’ll specifically take care of accuracy if data in SAP, update on documantation in AOS and MES (internal systems), but also ensure data consistency between systems and on-site papers.

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Participate in performing tests prior to implementing or upgrading IS: PLM (DELMIA, AOS, MES), ERP (GSI).
  • Piloting the following data into the systems: P-BoM, routings, work areas, tools, purchasing data.
  • Ensuring consistency of this data between different systems.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the P-BoM. Participating in the validation of P-BoM after changes.
  • Managing (receiving, registering, storing) process documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) transferred from the locomotive technology developer and developed in-house. 
  • Updating of documentation in AOS, MES.
  • Ensuring that up-to-date revisions of the documents are placed in the appropriate electronic folders and at work sites. Conducting audits to ensure documentation is up to date, available and in good condition.
  • Optimization of paper-based records into electronic format.
  • Digitalization of the unit's processes.
  • Ensuring that the documentation database is correctly populated.
