Could you be the full-time Incoming Inspector in EKZ, Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise to ensure quality compliance for incoming materials and supplier deliveries. You’ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality standards of our components and materials, ensuring they meet Alstom's high expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Engineering, to verify supplier compliance and maintain records of inspections, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of incoming inspections and supplier quality verification but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Inspecting mechanical and electrical components against drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Verifying supplier documentation (Certificates of Conformance, test reports, material certificates)

Recording inspection results and releasing materials for production

Maintaining accurate inspection records and providing reports to management

Suggesting process improvements and contributing to Return of Experience (REX)

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards

Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

2-3 years’ experience in quality inspection or supplier quality assurance

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Familiarity with NCR processes and supplier audits

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
